Courses for Corrobboree College

All of our programs are providing Employment related Education and Training delivery strategies.

Our style of Community Education is in response to a fundamental awareness of indigenous peoples.

‘Certificate Courses’ will be starting at an Introductory level (1), and continue through to an Intermediate level (2) and finally Advanced level (3).

Course 1-: Visual Arts

Learn the relevance of ‘how to cross-over forms of traditional styles into an unique urban contemporary artwork’.

Design onto Didgeridoo, Boomerang & Clap-stick.s

Course 2-: Artefact making

Explore the usage of practical and modern tools to make wooden artefacts

Eg  boomerangs, clapping sticks

Course 3-: Music and Movement

Facilitator Yubbagurri Brown will enable students to improve their skills/knowledge; developing and promoting musical, artistic and performance attributes. 

Learn to play the didgeridoo, dance one of the oldest dreamtime stories.

Course 6-: Sports and Recreation

Coordinated usage of a boomerang depends on its shape. 

Students will learn how to throw a boomerang
